AZS refractory materials are widely used in critical parts of glass melting furnaces, such as sidewalls in the melting zone, flow channel blocks, and furnace crowns. Their excellent high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and low contamination make them ideal for high-temperature industries like glass, steel, and cement.
The production process of AZS fused-cast bricks includes raw material preparation, electric fusion smelting, mold casting, annealing, and inspection and finishing. By melting high-purity alumina, zirconia, and silica in an electric arc furnace, casting into molds for rapid cooling, and annealing to relieve stress, AZS bricks achieve a dense structure and excellent properties, making them widely used in glass furnaces and other high-temperature industrial equipment.
